The XXIII Tijuana City Council headed by Mayor Karla Patricia Ruiz Macfarland, through the Tijuana Municipal Institute of Art and Culture (IMAC) directed by Minerva Tapia Robles and the Tijuana House of Culture Coordination invite you to celebrate the anniversary of your headquarters. The imposing building was inaugurated on July 17, 1930, it is a heritage of the state of Baja California, today dedicated to the formation and dissemination of the culture and arts of our city.
